Take a piece of floss, approximately 18-24 inches long, and wrap the ends around your fingers, leaving a small section for flossing. Gently guide the floss between your teeth, using a back-and-forth motion and sliding it along the gumline. Curve the floss around each tooth, ensuring it reaches below the gumline. Repeat the process for each tooth, using a clean section of floss for each interdental space. It is recommended to floss at least once a day, preferably before brushing your teeth.
