Nyda Express Against Lice & Nits Spray eliminates head lice and their eggs through a physical action, as opposed to chemical insecticide (knockdown). Its formula contains two dimethicones (silicone oils) which seep into the respiratory holes of lice and eggs, suffocating them and blocking their oxygen supply. This physical mode of action renders head lice and eggs which have developed resistance to chemical treatments (knockdown resistance) still susceptible to elimination.
