Hold the bottle upright. Bend your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into the nostril. Close one nostril and press pump quickly while inhaling through the nose at the same time. Repeat with the other nostril.

1 ml contains, xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg, ipratropium bromide 0.6 mg. 1 puff contains 70 micrograms xylometazoline hydrochloride and 84 micrograms ipratropium bromide.
