1 spray 1โ€“3 times a day as required for a maximum duration of 7 days, to be administered into each nostril. Xylo Acino should only be used with caution for patients with high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, or patients who have an intense reaction to sympathomimetic substances, with evidence of sleeplessness, vertigo, etc.
